Windows XP MESSED UP...no admin account?

okay... so i have a windows xp computer. and it has only ONE account in it which is limited. there is NO administrator account which is bad because i can't download stuff or install anything!! Please help, u computer experts out there... i can't create an administrator account because i don't have the privileges! How can i fix this problem?

Hello There, To get into the Windows XP Safe mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu"  Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

try booting into safe mode as the administrator and get in that way. Then once you are in change the setting your account.
