Windows XP MSHOME Network problems

All of a sudden I cannot access drives/folders/files across my MSHOME network which are on USB attached drives on another computer.

I get an error message "Not enough server storage is available to process this command". I have researched the issue and tried the recommended "IRPStackSize" fix to no avail...
