    Also, exactly what sort of Internet connection difficulty do you have?

    First of all, go to the Microsoft Update page and get Service Pack 3. It's good for you.

    And yes, if your computer is a Gateway, you will go to the support section of their website to find drivers. Simply download them to your desktop (or Documents or Music or wherever) and double-click them to run/install them.

    I don't think you need drivers, though. What kind of internet problems are you having? Is it simply not connecting at all? And are you trying to connect to wired or wireless internet?
