Windows XP Service Pack 3 - should I download it?

I just got a notice from microsoft that this is available. Should I download it? Has anyone done it? Why would I want to or not want to? Thanks.

  1. Yes, you should download it, I have done it also. You would want this update because it installs all the updates since XP was made. Plus it has some stability, reliably, and performance help for your system. I strongly recommend you do the same. Although you may see little to no difference, it does help out your Computer.


  2. Yes, i downloaded mine like 2 months ago. SP3 has like 1,000 or so bug fixes.
