How similar is Windows XP to Windows Vista?

  1. Personally. I like XP. Vista is not user friendly. You need to allow everything fifty times then half the time the program isnt compatible anyway cause Vista is too new for most programs

  4. Well it depends on what you are looking for. They are very similar in their functionality. If you have a better video card Vista has the Aero (I think that's the name) interface. Just a different way of moving around programs. Vista is the Upgrade to Windows XP, but when it came out it was VERY buggy. It's supposed to be much better then it was since Service pack 1 came out for vista. There are some newer programs that will only run on Vista and not XP, but that is mainly games.
