hmm...

try hitting ctrl+atl+del

a "window task manager" should pop up.

see "processes".

check which program is doing this

and end its process this should do

Is this happen after service pack 3 installed on your system, if yes uninstall Service Pack 3..

Or you may check your computer for viruses, some how this will happened many times due to Virus attacks

this is because some program tries to read or write files from a removable disk like floppy or SDMemory or  flash disk.

and you have error reporting disabled.

nothing seems to be wrong. try to find out what is that program and KILL it's proccess.

it could be caused by a failure in an old floppy drive or in a CD rom.
