Someone installed windows xp on my E: partition which has 250 gb and the other partition C: has 50 gb.

I cannot delete my E: partition from the disk management since it has the windows system on and when i try to reinstall windows with the cd , the partition menu shows only the C: partition which I can delete.

How can I delete the E: partition so I can reinstall windows?
