Windows XP processes?

Question

Is there a program that will tell me about all the processes that my computer is running, and let me delete them? I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition, SP2. Thanks!

Press Control Alt Delete once.  Click the Processes tab. Right click on the process to end it.

Yes thats correct just hold down Control Alt Delete at the same time and a window pops up with different tabs select the one titled processes and you can sort it by the amount of memory usage and if you ending processes make sure you dont end any where the administrator is SYSTEM, you could potentially crash your computer
