Windows Xp on a PSP?

Okay, I installed everything that it said to on my psp. But when I go to the internet browser and type in file:/pspWxp/index.htm or file:/common/pspWxp/index.htm it always says content cannot be displayed. This program is not "home brewed" I just don't know were I went wrong. My WMA Playback is enabled as is my Flash player. What can I do to fix it?

make sure you have javascrpit enabled and everything is typed properly.  It worked for me.  If it requires a lot more work, jsut so you know its not worth it.
