Windows cannot find 'gphone.exe'

every time when we restart or booting my pc a window is open after login showing a message "windows cannot find 'gphone.exe' . make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again.to search for a file,click the start button and then click search. ".after closing this window whole the window is close for some time.
