I'm having trouble with the wireless lan driver for my Toshiba Satellite S2410-601 laptop well Windows is. I have been trying to fix it for almost 3 days straight to no avail. Windows XP only detects the ethernet controller and thats it doesn't copy the driver files >.<. Have tried right clicking 'the setup information file' and clicking install, updating the driver via pointing it to the directory of the driver files, also used the toshiba drivers for xp and 2000 off their website. This is occuring as I had to reinstall Xp due to a viral infection which has left my MFT...rather bloated indeed. Have tried reinstalling XP after formatting the partition using the CD and my pc via eide to laptop hdd adaptor as i thought it could be due to a buggy reinstall. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.O/S: Windows Xp Pro Sp2
