Windows download application help!!!?

I have a windows xp laptop. I would like an application like photoshop for mac. I'm sure there is an application similar for windows but I'm not sure of the name. Please help me with the name and downloadable links. Thanks

errr.... Photoshop :D

You can use Photoshop on a Windows machine, but it's very expensive. There are a couple of other programs that are similar that are also free, such as GIMP and Paint.Net.
