Windows expand to full size during drag.

Question

To move a window around on my wide laptop screen, I normally left click the bar at the top of the window to drag it, but recently the windows will enlarge to maximum size as soon as I click it.. That's very annoying when working with graphic. It even happens while moving a small messenger window. Does anyone know what may be causing this to happen? Thanks in advance.
