Windows firewall pop up?

Question

K, I run withouth a firewall. No need for one if you know what the heck your doing...Anyways. Whats killing me is that any time I restart my computer I get the annoying little "your computer might be at risk" pop up in the corner. Gawd, how do I kill off windows firewall and its pop up!!!

Click 'Start' and then click 'Control Panel'.

Double-click 'Security Center'.



In the Security Center, under 'Resources', click "Change the way Security Center alerts me".



In the 'Alert Settings' dialog box, clear the Firewall, Automatic Updates, or Virus Protection check boxes, and then click OK.
