  1. Your best bet is to call your local marina or even better if you can call the boat mfg always the cheapest and fastest way to get procurements for your boat.

  2. Go to your local auto glass shop and have them fit tempered glass in them it costs a little more but its forever.

  3. You're out of my area. I have a great plastic supplier in Toronto. You need to find a bulk plastic supplier in your area. I used smoked acrylic sheet for my boat projects. Check your Yellow Pages for plastic sales and they can advise you on the appropriate material and thickness.

  4. I have recently had to replace some broken windows in a boat and I went to a local glass shop.  They had the ability to match the window and gave me a choice of smoked plexiglass, tempered glass and clear plexiglass (not recommended).  If you see Taylor Made or Lewmar on the window  as brand names then you can contact the two companies Taylor Made Group in New York and Lewmar in St. Pete and they can send you the replacement parts.  Those two companies make about 90% of all the windshields and hatches for US production boats.  I hope this completely answers your question.
