Windows has blocked some start up programmes???What does this mean?

This msg come up on my computer EVERY TIME i start it. I then click on the boxes to unblock them but the msg still appears every time i switch my computer on. It has done from the start since i bought it new? Help how do i get rid of this.

I have AVAST virus protector on it not sure if this has an effect as i have just changed from Kaspersky and it was the same with that virus protector too. Maybe im barking up the wrong tree as not that computer literate i have to admit.

It's because you've deselected some programmes to run on start-up.

There should be an icon in the system tray in the bottom right corner - sorry can't remember the name.

Open it up and you can select to 'never show on the next boot'

That's not the actual sentences coz I can't remember. Sorry.

Don't worry,you just have to setting it with some system Utilities .like Wopti Utilities.

thats nothing to worry about.  you just have to change it in the settings or something.

it's the WIndows System Configuration Utility.

Click Start, then Run,

type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks)

and you can check and uncheck programs you don't want to run during startup.

save changes by clicking apply, select Don't restart now when asked, then log off

log in again, and the message box will appear telling you that the settings have been changed, and there's something there like "Don't show this message again on next startup", check that. then OK.

Windows doesn't block any start up programs normally.

1. Try changing ur antivirus.

2 . goto start-->Run--> in the run command type 'msconfig' without these quotes. press enter.

in the last tab, u can select the programs that u want to start with windows. untick the unwanted.

when ub reboot ur system, a system message will be displayed, check that.
