Windows has blocked this software because it cannot verify the publisher?

Question

i am trying to install yahoo pagebuilder. i would say yahoo is safe so why is it being blocked and how can i stop verification and get yahoo pagebuilder installed?

Turn off your firewall temporarily and install it then.

for a program off yahoo I would just let it install despite not being verified.

If you go on internet options then the advanced tab you can de-select some security certificate and authentication settings.
