Windows host process rundll32 has stopped running...

I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 531 and I keep getting the message "Windows host process rundll32 stopped running" this message occurs eveytime I access my time and date and go to erase my cookies and internet browser through the properties tab in explorer how do i fix this without paying an astronomical amount at Best Buy?
