Windows installer not working on norton 2008? help me please.

hello

im trying to install windows installer, but halfway thru the installation, it just stops saying, ' not accessible', and 'click ok for setup to undo changes'.

Im actually trying to install the ORIGINAL norton 2008, i even followed the procedure on www.symantec.com/msi3.

it didnt work.

now i cant uninstall or install any norton product.

help

there is a procedure of removal of bugs, i think you are affected by Windows XP 2008 hijacker, google it and do the procedures and you will be not needing the anti virus and don't open mails like Angelina Jolie, Jennifer LoPez and Julia Roberts in future, lol !

Check the follwing , you have the administartion rights to install / uninstall the programs on the PC

go to control panel setting to remove the programs, if already installed!

Why bother with NORTON, when you can get antivirus programs for free. Long time back I can recollect having similar problems when I was using Norton.

I have been using Avast antivirus program(free), along with spywareblaster(free) and spybot(free) for years now and I had no problems with anything whatsover.

Using my computer and surfing internet has always been smooth for me...
