Windows live messenger for windows mobile 6, where to download/question?

Question

I need to download windows live messenger for my pocket pc becuase my contacts are not showing up when I know they are online. And every time I try to log in to fix this, there is an error that says it can't connect. So, can someone help me fix this or can someone just give me a download link? PLEASE help!

P.S. I have tried on the windows mobile website but that is only for phones, I have pocket pc.
