Windows media not play or autoplay

Question

my pc is"intel inside pentium4" .when i start the system we can hear the sound but we cannot hear the musics as i click on to any album there is message "problem in playable file " ,i m not getting it that where is the problem in my window media(10 upgraded). please guide me . autoplay in problem sayes c:/IISDLL.DLL.(acceries)
