Windows media player 11 :[ answer please. security compoment and streaming online

Question

when i try and update my security componet for windows media player

this is the site i do it off..

i click upgrade and i get a message saying:

Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use; you

might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy

settings might not be correct

also it says this when i try and stream online

can anyone help

also i am unable to click on the network tab :(

if u have recently updated your player to version 11 I would suggest a System Restore to return to version 10
