Windows media player running slowly?

my windows media player is running slowly i have to wait 20 seconds before it plays clips without moving slowly whats my problem and im sure its not the fact that i have little space on my computer cause i have lots!

  1. well this is wrong. for example the hard drive that has 20 gb data and the hard drive with the 200 gb wont respond at the same time..
