Windows mobile on certain cell phones??

I bought an LG Dare a little over a month ago. I love the phone, dont get me wrong. But my friend has a windows mobile compatible phone and the Dare isnt. And i am kind of jealous as to what his phone can do and mine cannot. Now, Im not an electronic genious by any means... so, i was wondering if there was anyway to make a phone that isnt compatible with Windows Mobile, compatible with it?

Unfortunately - for practical purposes the answer is no.

In theory it would be possible if the phone had the right specifications (ie memory, cpu, etc) however you would need to find drivers for every component on your phone, add them to a custom version of Windows Mobile and then figure out how to actually get it onto the phone.

The process of preparing Windows Mobile to run on a new phone takes the manufactures several months so its unlikely anyone will make a hack version for a phone like your Dare.
