Windows movie maker codec?

i have made multiple video clips on my cell phone, i saved them to a micro sd card. when i tried to upload them on windows movie maker i was told they were compressed in a codec that would not upload on w.m.m how do i fix this?

Try Prism or Kate's converter

Try media-convert.com. Most video from cellphones is in the 3gp format so just convert it to WMV and you'll be fine. Hope this helps!
