Windows movie maker doesnt work anymore

hi i was using windows movie maker once / next time i tryed to open it but it gives error says [Unspecified Error] i dont know what causes this / does any body knows it and how to fix it /

i have allready tryed to reinstall it but still it gives this error. help please this is movie maker 2.1 version , thanks
