  1. its too long to explain but very easy to do

so heres a video that will help you

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d37Lke6rq...

  2. Once you've gotten the video loaded into Window Movie Maker, and you've dragged it down into the timeline...

On the timeline, find your video. Then move your mouse to the very beginning of your video on the timeline. Click it, and drag it to the right if you want to cut out some of the beginning (You can always go Edit->Undo if you mess up).

If it's in the middle somewhere, first find the place in the middle where you want to start cutting out a chunk and click there, then on the top toolbar choose "Clip -> Split". Then find the spot on the timeline where you want the video to resume and click it, and do "Clip -> Split" again.

Last, click on the peice of video that is now seperate from the other parts that you want to get rid of and go "Edit -> Cut".

Good luck! :) Sorry it's a bit confusing.

  3. On the lower right corner there is a button called show Timeline, click it to change to Timeline view, then you can remove parts by draging the bar, both on Video and Audio.

  4. Right click the clip and you will see when it says split clip.

btw Windows movie maker crashes all the time you shouldnt use it.
