  1. Most of them are not safe to delete for example;desktop windows manager and windows explorer because i once did and the whole computer crashed but you should rather clean ur computer by going to start menu, programs, accessories, system tools and disk clean up which cleans all unnecessary files and speeds up ur computer

    i hope i helped

  2. You do not delete processes you end them.

You do not clean up your computer by ending processes.

It is dangerous to tamper with processes unless you know what you are doing as it could make your computer unstable and it might freeze or crash.

To find out what a process does, do a Google search on the process name e.g. svchost.exe,

As a general rule you should never end a Windows process.  A Windows process has a user name of:

    SYSTEM

    LOCAL SERVICE

    NETWORK SERVICE

If you end one of those services then Windows will become unstable and crash.

  3. Im running 59 so 58 would be about right.

  4. No leave them alone. They are essential for running your computer. Delete the wrong ones will cause you computer to crash. You could end up reinstalling the OS.

If you want to clean up your computer use a proper designated program. They do not delete essential files like stupid humans do!

    Use this one >  http://www.ccleaner.com/

It's quite easy to use and does a reasonable job.
