Windows vista won't let me type some letters & acts all funny??

Question

windows vista won't let me type anything. Right now I can type Because I am using an on screen keyboard. But I don't wanna use it all the time! How do I fi>< this?

Did you get a new keyboard? My laptop keyboard has a blue button with &#039;Fn&#039; written on it. I dont know the purpose of it but i know it changes the commands on some keys. Also, NumLock has the same effect on my lappy.

If its not these, try plugging your keyboard in again.

Also, did you mess with any settings? If so i cant help you :P

And lastly, go to a word document and try to test type there. If theres still funny signs and stuff try changing your font to something like Arial or Times New Roman. Dont go for weblings or something like that or its even worse.
