  1. Hello,

(ANS) Careful here!! you could still have a clever parasite or malware installed. In other words DON'T be fooled by Spyware scanners or virus scanners as there are plenty of Trojan infections that can cloak themselves or evade detection.

**It does sound to me like you still have an active parasite or infection on the system.

**You need dedicated tools to correctly detect parasites & trojans. Virus scanners can miss many types of trojans.

SEE:- HiJack This (detection tool & should be used in conjunction with expert help from the online forums though).

SEE:- SpyBot Search & Destroy 1.5 (freeware)

    SEE:- A2Squared Free

SEE:- Trojan Hunter (licensed software but comes with free 30day full functional trial of the program).

    Ivan.

  2. check the options you have set on how to display the programs

  3. It happens sometimes after certain re-sets. Load CCleaner, or far better, My Uninstaller, they will sort you out.

  4. In Addition To The Above, Read This:

Good Luck, It Bugs Me When Things Like This Happen.

  5. There should be - it does take time for the list to populate though - give it a chance to bring the program list up.

  6. need a microsoft update
