Windows xp update disk only used once?

Question

I've been given a Microsoft indows Xp Home Edition Update CD in a cardboard folder. Can i only use this once? On the back of the cardboard folder its got the product key and just above the key it says " Dont lose this product key! You must use it every time you install this software". Does this mean i can use it more than once?

As long it's running on only one pc at a time you can install it wherever and how many times you want. On Vista you only get 3 installs on a single pc so you're lucky, stick with XP
