Have you ever had the unfortunate opportunity to enroll into Windsor University School of Medicine located in St. Kitts? I have and it was by far the worst experience of my life. After the first week of school I realized I was going to be part of a train wreck. For starters, the university claims the tuition is only $4,990 with free room and board and lunch. However, they forgot to mention the hidden costs such as paying for ELECTRICITY (which is a lot in St. Kitts), school bus fee (Most don’t even take the bus to school), project 2400, etc. The lunch was only free from about 1-3 P.M., and the majority of students are in class!! Why claim the tuition to be $4,990 when it is obviously more? Shouldn’t a med school be more accurate with their costs? Ever single college or university in the U.S., as well as the big 4 schools in the Caribbean’s are accurate with their tuition fee. Why does Windsor have to hide this? I don’t mind Windsor increasing their tuition fee to $6,000 per semester or even more. However, they have to be upfront about it, instead of students finding out the first week of school. (Oh it gets better…..read on)
