Champagne is wine, but I would'nt want any with brats. The combination does'nt work for me.

Cheese or strawberries with a white wine and/or  Champagne is good.

But a dark stout with sauer k***t, pumpernickel bread and a big fat brat makes my mouth water and my tummy say, "Yummy!"

Nice Piper Heidseick Diamante Bleu or Taittinger with some delicious creamy Camembert with lovely tart fresh strawberries would be really nice, that is what I am going to have for breakfast in the morning.
