  1. Just check your yellow pages for bird stores they usually have someone there to do that. I pay 3 dollars for what the birdman calls an AA meeting (attitude adjustment) My bird is real squawky and pecks me alot until his AA and then he is very quiet and calm for a few hours.lol!

  2. TAKE TO A VET  OR A PET STORE.

  3. Bird Supply Store, 522 Amherst St. (Route 101A), Nashua 603-882-4737

They are a wealth of information, too. I kennel my large birds there.

  4. Yep (seaworld pet center) in Salem NH there's a lady named Joanne she has many years experience with birds & she's very knolagable!  Call before you head there. http://www.seaworldpetcenter.net/birds

  5. You don't need to have someone do it,you can do it.

Gently pull the wing out and clip the length of the wing feathers in half.  I like to make a V shape cut in the center of the wing feathers to help lessen the possiblity of any areodynamic ability and a V shape helps with this.

Be careful to not cut the tip of the wing and cause injury to the bird.

I clip the wings of my chickens all the time but after a time or two,the chicken begins to learn that it can't fly and even after the wing feathers have grown back the hen is so use to not being able to fly that they don't even try anymore.
