When you see those kiddy shows telling you it's all about having fun, their dead wrong, unless you're a hippy.

Think about, if you're in a soccer/basketball/football tournament whatever the sport may be, and you lose by like 50 points, you wouldn't go and be like, "

Oh, you guys totally creamed our butts, that was a fun game, thanks for letting us play!"

NO! You won't say that, sure you'd shake hands with them but you'd have that angry glare.

And, in stuff like poker, of course winning is everything! Sheesh,

Only when your the grand prize winner such as the PCH sweepstakes, megamillions, megabucks slot machine winner.

It can be, and sometimes is, for fun. In gambling, though, it's usually to win since money is at stake.

Although, I would hope that the millions of people who understand how casinos work and still play (anything but poker) must be playing for the enjoyment.
