I choose getting gas free for life if it's for everyone.  lotto is a game of chance. When you bet you could either win or lose.  But, if getting gas free for life is a prize from a game, both have the same weight.  I thought that the latter is a result of government policy that can be available for everyone and benefit all people not only the person who's going to win the lotto.

Take the lotto prize and then lease a helicopter. When gas runs dry, ride a bike. At least your pockets will be full of notes.
