Winning tickets on the radio?

this radio station is giving away jonas brohters tickets . and i REALLY wan them . even though i alreayd have some . .but they are for a diffrent venue . .but does anyone have any tips on how to get though?! i'm already calling on 3 phones and i have it on speed dial on all 3 phones . i keep getting the busy signal!!!! and i keep calling the second the noise to call comes on . please helpppp :)
