Winrar Program and how to compress, please go on...

Hi,

How can i compress with Winrar program and i tried to compress .wav and some files that video and i get full of compress suc as 2GB i compresed it to 2MB ,,,but the problem is why i cant compress .exe files with good compress ,is there a good opition to compress especially .exe and .jpeg

its quite difficult to compress those files because of there ext.. i tried once but a flop

right click that folder that you want compress and click on open with WIinRar .
