Winterizing a 61' 16ft glasspar with a 90HP Merc.?

I have checked the final drive for water and put Stabil is the tank. The boat sits outside of the shop all winter untill Fishing time next spring. I live in Northern NV.

Run the engine out of gas while still hooked up to the hose and muffs, spray fogging spray into carbs as its running out of gas. Spray the engine with silicone spray, remove the spark plugs and give a shot of fogging spray if you couldn't do it thru the carbs. Put the engine in the down position so water drains out, remove batteries and store in a cool dry spot(just not on concrete, wood is good) top them off with distilled water and charge them once a month over the winter. Cover the boat and keep it bow high to allow for drainage.
