Wire Harness for 1996 Ford Taurus

I am looking for a Wire Harness for a 1996 Ford Taurus. The problem I am having is: everywhere I go, they have the wrong harness for my car. They have these flat and long harnesses. Mine has 2 small ones. One is 16 pin and the other is 8 pin. Can anyone help my to find a wire harness for my car so I can finish my radio instillation? I thank you for your help.
