Question:

Wired cycle computer - which is best?

I have a recumbent trike and it is already fitted with a wired computer holder. As I can't find any branding on it I will have to buy a new one. Because of the distance between the holder and the rear wheel, a wireless computer is no good.

Can anyone recommend a reliable *wired* cycle computer that will display current, average and top speed and odometer?

  1. Every cyclometer I have owned has worked reliably and well. There is nothing that raises one brand above another, IMO. Go to your local bike shop and pick the one that has the data you want in the most pleasing display. That's all there is to it.

  2. Agree with above.

Ps Why do you have the rear wheel ?  You can use the front one just as well. ( as long as it can be programmed to the correct wheel size )

Argos do them cheap too !
