Wireless Internet Help?

My laptop is telling me that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' . I click 'diagnose connection problems' and it comes up telling me "srch.dealio.com" is not set up to establish a connection on port "world Wide Web service (HTTP)" this computer" - what does this mean? I also look somewhere else that said 'a network cable was unplugged' - my computer says connected but when i try to use the internet it won't work. it says the connection is insecure. it works on my desktop.
