Wireless Internet (WiFi) in Capri, Italy? Location of WiFi Hotspots?

Yes, I know about online directories and searches I can make for WiFi Hotspots in general. All of the directories I've checked list only the hotels in Capri. I'm not sure if I can just walk in off the street and use a hotel's WiFi service if I am not a registered guest.

Does anyone know of a WiFi hotspot or Internet cafe situation in Capri that is not at a hotel? Any other suggestions?

Look on the ground, specifically Sidewalks.

When you see another with a WiFi machine, ask what the code symbols are in that city. When you locate a Hot Spot, designate it with an appropriate chalk mark. Those are the rules.
