Hi!! i just bought a RangePlus Wireless PCI Adapter about a week ago, i installed it and it worked perfectly, and now it is cutting out, and pops up that the wireless card cannot find any networks, even though there is 4 encrypted ones around me. So, I click repair, and it disables the device, then enables it and it works for about another hour or so, then i have to repeat the repair. I can live with it but i would like it to stay connected to my WRT54G linksys router all night..

  2. There are 2 things you can try: change your channel of your wireless, or boost your signal.

Change your channel for your wireless inside the router to 1 or 11.  Do not use any other channels besides 1, 6, or 11 as this will just mess up your neighbor's wireless.

To boost your signal, you can buy a power powerful antenna.  You can buy a wireless range extender.

You don't even have to go wireless at all.  You can actually go with powerline.  Since all these things involve buying something except for changing the channels, if the channel changing does not work, why not try powerline?  Check this out: http://www.cnet.com/4520-7390_1-6274537-...

As you can probably see though, wireless is still good for hand held devices that need 100% mobility.  Laptops may still need wireless if they need to be 100% free.

The certification tutorial is just spam.
