my laptop cannot detect wireless easily.it has to diagnose why windows cannot detect wireless connections then it will give me 3 options: start a wireless service, the network adapter broadcom 802.11 b/g WLAN is experiencing hardware related issue, and make sure your protocol bindings are correct. i dont understand those but i always click on start a wireless service then it will resolve the problem..then internet's there....what must i do..?

  1. All laptops have the two main option. YOu can use the Diagnose (Client Utility network settings) to configure your Wireless or use window to configure your wireless. The best performance in " Use Window to cnfigure your Wireless Network Setting."  I have use the client utility and my wireless does  not work at all. I have configure with window and I have never had any trouble  with WiFi

    I think all you need to do is re-install the driver and software for your wireless card on your laptop.

    and download the driver, install it and this should enable it to work correctly.
