Wireless XBOX 360 controller problems.?

ok when i play ANY game.. my controller keeps on disconnecting. Yes the battery is full. Yes the sensor works. But it keeps on dissconnecting :( i need help please.

  1. might want 2 check the back where the batteries are cuz the control disconnects when the batteries are off.
