Wireless audio/video broadcast/ recievers?

i want to play music from my computer on my stereo and/or also watch video from my computer on my hdtv. Is that possibe to do wireless? Would one of these devises help me. http://www.nextag.com/audio-receiver-transmitter-wireless/search-html ???????????? What would quality of sound/ video be like?

if you have and xbox 360...you can stream music/video from your computer to your xbox to your tv. thats the easiest way.
