Question:

Wireless computer connection.?

So i have a wireless laptop.

and i can get connection from my house.

But i was wondering, if i was to go some where and i couldn't get a connection(aka steal someones internet) can i use mine? Like is there a card or something like that, that will let my be on the internet where ever?

  1. isn't verizon selling something were u can just put it in yur laptop, and then just go wireless??


  2. You can't use your one from home but you can purchase a Wireless Aircard from a computer store and pay an outrageous price to get internet by satellite. The Aircards are supported by the cellphone providers(Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) I have heard that the prices for this is extremely high, though.

  3. Does wireless laptop mean built-in wifi?

    

    If the answer is yes, then it will show you ALL wifi signals within 200 geet of the laptop.  Whether you piggyback on someone else's signal is up to you.

  4. no sorry your internet is only coming from one wireless router
