Wireless headphones for Ipod Touch?

I currently own a 16 GB Ipod Touch and would like a decent pair of wireless headphones. I knowthe touch doesn't have bluetooth- so that would severely limit my options unless there is an adapter of some sort>

i think there are a lot of mp3 player headphones out there that have little adapters that plug in to the 3.5mm headphone socket.
