Wireless internet?

I need security key or passphrase i'm o where near my home and really need to connect to the internet through my computer but the only networks around here are secured right now i'm using a local'c computer does anyone know a key or passphrase that works for every single network or how to find the key

  1. Umm your best bet is to type in 192.168.1.1 and type in admin and you might get in then change the password. I've done it before. Good Luck!!


  2. You'll have to sniff it.

    There are standard default admin passwords. Linksys for example uses "admin" as the default password with the ID field blank. That would get you into the admin functions of a Linksys router, but if the one's around you are secure. Thats not likely to work.

    You'll need to get a security penetration testing Linux distro on a live CD. So, you can boot into Linux, without reformatting your Windows Machine into a Linux machine.

    Disclaimer: Just remember there is no free lunch. If you crack into someones WiFi network without permission you are breaking the law. If they catch you not only could you be in trouble for what you did, but also whatever they can dig out of the logs on the network you  cracked. You can be arrested.
